Dr. Sith Sadhasivam
  Sith Sadhasivam M.D. completed his pediatric residency and neonatal intensive care fellowship at Georgetown University in Washington D.C.    After practicing neonatal medicine for over 15 years, Dr. Sadhasivam founded Takoma Park Pediatrics in 1995.   Dr. Sadhasivam currently serves as the chair of pediatrics at Washington Adventist Hospital.  He lives in Potomac, Md with his wife and enjoys spending his time with his four grandchildren.
   
Dr. Lavanya Sithanandam
 

Lavanya Sithanandam M.D. completed medical school at Northwestern University in Chicago, Il. followed by pediatric residency at one of the nation’s top ranked Children’s Hospitals- Children’s National Medical Center in Washington D.C.  Dr. Sithanandam has been recognized locally and nationally for developing innovative community-oriented programs at Takoma Park Pediatrics. She also serves on the board of directors of Reach Out & Read DC. In addition to being a strong advocate for her patients, she is also fluent in Spanish and is certified by the International Society of Travel Medicine.  She is happily married with two beautiful sons.

   
Susan Der
  Susan Der is the office manager for Takoma Park Pediatrics.  She first began with the practice as a part-time receptionist in 2003.  Susan grew up in Silver Spring, MD and graduated from the University of Maryland, College Park with a Bachelor of Science degree in Family Studies in 2006.
